I am due in March and am registering for my shower tomorrow and have researched it seems like millions of diaper bags. Which do you think is best? I would like to spend $40 or less, I am planning to breast feed, so I shouldnt need tons of room like that Land's Inn bag, but I do like compartments so that everything doesnt just fall to the bottom...

Opinions???

I have a backpack diaper bag from Eddie Bauer. I love it, because I can put it on my back and forget about it.

I bought a messenger bag intended for use as a school bag during "back to school" time so it was on sale cheap. I had the changing pad & wipe holder put away from my last diaper bag so I didn't really need those again. Plastic lined bags are not necessary if you invest in ziploc bags to place wet or soiled items in. My bag isn't chic, but it's what I wanted this time instead of cutesy baby stuff.

Just buy a big diaper bag with lots of compartments. Don't spend a fortune on it, because you'll probably want to scale down to a smaller one after a few months. I had a Disney diaper bag from Walmart that I really liked. It had lots of room and held up really well.

If you don't want to spend to to much then try the one at Wal-Mart. They have one that's big and it has lots of storage space and you can fit almost anything in it. But if you want a really nice one that doesn't look like a dipper bag then I would try Target they have some really nice ones that you wouldn't even think they were dipper bags.

compartments are the best. I like big ones because when your baby is older you will need to carry toys, blankies, etc.. so go for bigger... with compartments on the sides... I had mine custom made from Baby Luv for $25

any backpack style of bag works great. the regular over the shoulder types make it hard to carry them while carrying a carseat of infant. i have an eddie bauer backpack and my daughter is a year old, and it's still in great shape. i paid around $30 for it at target. congrats.

well just an opinion you can always find a really big bag that is more of a purse, but some of these purses can be used as baby bags now.
