what is the best way to record my xbox 360 games?

what is the best way? cuz i see some videos that are very crappy quality and i would like it for it to be the best quality possible. so do i just use a webcam? or wat do i use?

hook your xbox360 up to your VCR or set top DVD recorder then from your vcr/dvd recorder you hook that to your tv. record as you play.
