My sister told humiliating stories about me to friends and now I want to get her back, but I don't know how to.

That's easy strip her naked, tie her to a flagpole, take a picture and post it all over the place, that would be funny as hell.

Does your friend believe every word your sister said? Sometimes silence and no reaction is the best weapon. Your friends will forget what she's been telling them. I know how you feel, and you'll probably be livid for awhile but are you prepared to face the consequences of what you will do to get back to her. Your sister is either jealous of your friends or she just misses having some sister-brother bonding or she's just plain mean, you'll never know until you ask her why she did what she did.

Don't worry about gettin her back. Jus act nice and it'll get her ten times as worse down the road. Or you could play blackmail....
