Hello All.

Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically have a sent message redirected or forwarded to another address? My friend is going through a messy divorce and thinks his wife is having an affair online.

Specifically in Outlook.

eYes, but if the wife has any clue shw wouldn't use Outlook :)

First create a folder that looks to be inconspicuous (possibly inside another standard folder so it doesnt look new)

Tools > Rules and Alerts > New Rule > Start from a blank Rule
Choose 'Check messages after sending'
Choose 'With a size in a specific range'
Click on the range and set the minimum to 0 and maximum to 20000
Click Next
Choose 'Move a copy to a specified folder' (specify the new folder by clicking in the lower window(box))
The next screen will allow you to use an exceptions to your rule.

Next and finish

Also, you can create a custom action for a rule that will forward every email sent to another account. This is possible in the rule wizard as a 'CC' option but has to be set up as custom to 'BCC' someone.

Holla if you have more questions. :)
