I need help finding the title of a movie. Made around 1985ish?

a movie about kids in a nice nieghborhood and a youth center. They rebelled against the highschool admin and the kids dad was part of the school board I think. They burned down the highschool, I think a kid got shot on accident????? It was a pretty good flick.
