1. Yes, I do believe that Severus Snape will help Harry at the end of Book Seven.
2. Reason:
- Through the series, we can see a number of times in which Snape saved Harry, though repeatedly tried to have Harry expelled( due to the hatred for Harry's father, James Potter)
- Dumbledore's death ( this is the most important clue) : In the middle of Book Six, Hagrid overhears Snape arguing with Dumbledore, saying that Dumbledore took "too much for granted", and that there was something that he was no longer willing to do. Dumbledore insists that it was agreed and must be done. Later we knew that Snape used Avada Kedavra against Dumbledore on the top of the tower, which is likely to be the mission that he had previously refused.
- Also in Book Six, in Chapter "The Flight Of The Prince", Snape reacted angrily when Harry called him "a coward". Does a smart adult like Snape really care about a teenager's insult? We can only conclude that Snape didn't want to be misunderstood and therefore insulted by Harry( whom he hated very much). If he was really sided with Lord Voldemort, he had no reason to be that angry.
3. Since Snape is the most complex character J.K.Rowling has ever created, he will surely take a big role in Book Seven, as the truth about his loyalty has yet to be revealed. And if Harry has a ally who is fluent at Dark Arts, the final battle between him and Lord Voldemort will be affected seriously.

1.) Yes, because I do not think that Dumbledore died at the end of Half-Blood Prince. Dumbledore's "death" was the only way to save Malfoy from killing.
2.) Based on sampling taken from www.dumbledoreisnotdead.com - plus the fact that misdirection has been common in ALL the books so far. Why would it not be in the final act?
* Neville has already been revealed as NOT being the one to defeat Lord Voldemort for the simple reason that Voldemort attacked and scarred Harry. That act let Neville off the hook.

1. No
2. Because he's evil and i refused to believe that he killed Dumbledore because Dumbledore asked him to do so when the time comes as many many people believe is the case. That said, why would he help Harry when he's against him and is in alliance with the Dark Lord?
3. He probably will be as he betrayed the Order, Harry and Hogwarts. We may also find out what happens to him and Malfoy...after all snape wasn't the one who's supposed to kill Dumbledore but malfoy was...and the Dark Lord does not forgive!!!

Yes, I've thought he was actually good all along, but he just didn't like Harry's father and that's why he was kind of mean to him. Dumbledore really trusted him....I actually think Dumbledore and him planned Dumbledore's death. He will probably be major to Deathly Hallows because...he has been in all the other books. The bigger question is do you think Neville is actually the chosen one and not Harry? Remember they both had very similar beginnings...maybe he who shall not be named hasn't figured out he should be after Neville.

I think that he will
2. I think this because he would have continued to help harry as he was running off the grounds. He continued to train him as they went, telling him to keep his mouth shut, to concentrate and to close his mind. he obviously plays a major part in the upcomeing book, other wise he wouldnt have poped up through out the others. Actually I have reason to believe that he just might have been with regulus when he took the locket but never got blamed because he was better at hiding his mind. Also, when Sirius's house got opened at the Order hideout. I believe he hid the locket somewhere in there where cretcher found it.
3. I think so.

No. All along, Snape has had an irrational grudge against Harry for his passing resemblance to his father, against whom Snape had a justifiable grudge. Snape will not help Harry. Snape is a jerk.
> Is he major to Deathly Hallows plot?
Yes. He will be working to find and destroy the horcruxes, independently of what Harry is doing.

Snape help Harry? HAHAHA. That's funny. It will NEVER happen. It won't happen because he is a death eater. They are sadistic SOB's who will do anything to keep in touch with He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.
Yes, I think he is a major part of the plot for the Deathly Hallows.

I'm being optimistic and hoping he will if he lives through the Dark Lords fury. I don't think he's evil despite what he did and he will certainly play a large part in book 7 but Draco shall play a far larger one, he didn't kill Albus after all.

Yes he will help... In fact he has been in a "tough love" kind of way.
Dumbledore said ALL houses need to unite in order to defeat what is to come. That means Snape, Malfoy and his goons from Slitherin.
Of coarse he is... For those who disagree with me, you will see.

i think its draco who will help him at the end... not snape. reason for me to think that is because snape killed the headmaster and harry need to avenge his death...so no amount of help would make snape a good man to harry, so i don't think snape would try... but draco might cause we have seen he was distressed at the last book and he was unsure of killing the headmaster... so some amount of good is still inside draco and i think he would turn Harry's friend at the last moment... when he would need a friend most...
