Pretty plain.

A. easy one (1/2)/(3/2) ---note that the denominator of BOTH the numerator -the fraction on top and the denominator of the denominator -the fraction at the bottom is the same = 2. In this case just cancel the 2 and your answer is 1/3.
B. a little difficult. (3/2)/(5/4) -- in this case look at the denominator fraction -5/4 and invert it 4/5 and instead of dividing, you multply.
(3/2) x (4/5) = (3 x4 )/(2 x 5) = 12/10
but this is not the final answer. You have to reduce the fraction to lowest terms. Since both the numerator and denominator are divisible by 2, then the final answer is 6/5.
C. Difficult -- [(3/2) + (6/7)]/ (5/21)---- in this case you have to deal with the numerator first by finding the least common denominator(LCD) which is 14.
You should get [(21)/(14) + (12)/(14)] this gives you (21+12)/14 or 33/14
Since you still have a denominator fraction of 5/21 then do procedure stated in B.
(33/14 ) x (21/5) = (33 x 21)/ (14 x 5). note that 14 and 21 are factors of 7 so you get 33 x3 /2 x 5 or 99/10 .

Suppose you have two fractions:
(a/b) and (c/d)
I put them as letters so that they can be represented by *any* integer. Then, to divide two fractions:
(a/b) divided by (c/d)
First thing you do is take the RECIPROCAL of the second fraction. In plain english, this means flipping the fraction. The division then becomes multiplication.
(a/b) times (d/c)
Notice how it's no longer a division, that it's a multiplication, and that c/d flipped is d/c.
If you know how to do multiplication, you can continue from here.
EXAMPLE: (5/3) divided by (4/3)
(5/3) divided by (4/3)
Change to multiplication, flip the second fraction.
(5/3) times (3/4)
Multiply, and this becomes (15/12) = (5/4)

Dividing two fraction is very easy.Remove the division sign in between the two fraction and replace it by a multiplication sign and then flip the second fraction. After this is done ,just reduce and you get your answer.
Examples
(2/5)/8/15 (two upon five divided by eight upon 15)
=(2/5)X(15/8)=(2X15)/(5X8)=30/40=3/4 [after reducing]
again 3/4 divided by 1/2
=3/4 multiplied by 2/1=6/4=3/2

If you divide 2 fractions, it is the same as taking the top fraction, flipping the bottom fraction, and multiplying the two.
Here is an example if that helps (try rewriting it on paper):
(1/2) / (3/4)
change that to:
(1/2) * (4/3) =
(1*4) / (2*3) = 4/6 = 2/3
