To help in the future of the children in which the husband cannot give at times because he has no job the wife has to leave and find a place where she can give future for her children.

i know someone who went to abroad for the future of her kids.it was really hard for her to leave them.the husband was messing around and fckng other girls and the kids were getting wild.they would have a harmonious relationship if the other spouse who's left have respect,support and take care of the kids.they eventually got divorce and she started from the beginning again...

A good mother always does what is best for her family, particularly the kids. A mother's love and dedication forces decisions that are uncomfortable for her or difficult for other people to understand.
It would be a bad decision if the mother went to work abroad if the children were very young or wouldn't have reliable supervision when she was gone. The children would feel abandoned.
If the mother is the breadwinner and the father is nurturing and caring and responsible than it might be a good solution.

The key to a harmonious relationship in this situation would be a friendly/respectful relationship. No need to get any emotions involved. The bare minimum would be the relationship you would have to an associate if you were the manager or vice versa.

If the children are under 5, the damage done to the child by mom leaving will never be fixable and nothing the mom is going to 'achieve' is going to make up for the abandonment the child will experience.

Asians and others tend to do this a lot it seems to work for them but for myself I would rather stay together in a relationship and work through any problems including money or jobs.

Dang...I swear you are my husband and you are talking about me..... Girlfriend I am gonna tell you what I told him.... You had your chance to handle your business....so now I have to step up to the plate and handle it for you. When I get back from Dubai...if he doesn't have a job and a plan...then plan B goes into effect...Me myself and my kids....That's all. Good luck
