In general, people with sore muscles in our house (5 adults) do the following:

*Have a nice soak in a warm infusion of Lavender essential oil (10-20 drops in a 1/2 T. of epsom salts under running water)

*still achey? Then take an ice cup (water frozen in a styrofoam cup) from your freezer and peel back the styrofoam. Apply in small circles continuously for 7 minutes to the affected muscle area. Warm with a gentle massage with virgin coconut oil. Reddened skin=circulation=healing and recovery. Still achey? Do the ice again for 7 more minutes

*still achey? or somewhere where you can't do the ice thing or bathe in Lavender? Apply PanAway essential oil blend. We all carry it with us.

All the best!

i guess if you have sore muscle then you need some rest and a little strecthing before doing another exercising. a hot bath will help too to ease the soreness, but nothing will ease it but a good rest and relaxtions.

A good soak in an Epsom salt bath - even 1/2 cup in the bottom of a hot shower will do some good. I also have a great cream I use - it's called everflex: http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=3535

Peace!
