Yes. As long as you stop school. I mean, by stopping "traditional" school and going to a music school instead. Also, before you do this you must really have made up your mind to pursue music and performing arts as a career.

As a musician for the last 19 years depending how serious you are about it, try to dedicate yourself to one instrument.
You cannot be good at everything and learning the correct technique is very important. So stick to something that you really want to do.

Yes.. but depending on what skill level you want to get to.
Violin and Piano will overlap cause you'll read music (at least, you'll have tribble clef down).. so you should pick up piano faster than someone who didn't already play violin.
As for dance, it's just up to you how much you want to master it.
