do josh and Donna ever get together i mean do they ever come out and say that they love each other?

In the last season they did become romantically involved during the Santos campaign, but they never come out and declare any feelings of love towards each other. I think they were just sleeping with each other really.

I always thought Donna could do better. I liked Josh but he was kind of a jerk to Donna.
