Using a Iron and a dry white cloth. Making sure to constantly moving the iron so it don't burn or melt your carpet. It might take a couple of minutes for the candle wax to start transferring to the towel. You can plan on throwing the towel away so use an old one. It takes a while but usually does the trick. If it was a color candle then you will most likely be left with the stain afterwards. In which you will have to call your local Chem-Dry franchise for some special stain removal

Hi best to freeze the wax first as suggested, you may have to do this a few time's to get the best result's then chip out as much as possible, then place kitchen paper or unwaxed brown paper over the top and use a hot Iron this will draw up most of the wax you may have to repeat the step's as wax is very hard to get out of carpet be careful not to burn the fibers of the carpet, or yourself good luck

Warm up your iron. Take a paper grocery bag, put it over the wax spot and iron over the top. The paper will take up the wax. You might have to repeat this a couple of times.

Put ice in a soft cloth and lay it over the wax. When it's quite cold you ought to be able to peel it up.
