most of the quality tool and truck selling sites arent too bad. Classified sites arent bad either. But other than that I am not really sure.

Sites on the INTERNET? REALLY??! I always wonder why people ask vauge questions on Yahoo Answers just so they can get frustrated at answers that are either vauge or brilliantly sarcastic.
Seriously, you need to specify the question you are asking....or pick up a book I just purchased. it is titled "Internet Yellow Pages 2007 Edition" the authors are Mikal E Belicove and Joe Kraynak. Its is a wonderfully comprehensive guide to the best sites out there under darn near ANY category. (They only suggest sites that they rate 3 to 5 on a five point scale, five being the highest.)

I don't think that there would be a way to actually measure it. Just think- that search engine will take you almost anywhere you want to go and then there are sometimes hundreds of sites to visit regarding whatever certain subject you are surfing about.
