Yep, very normal. Pretty soon you'll feel it in your ribs, now that's uncomfortable. Doesn't mean it's a boy, but hey try the link below. Hasn't failed me yet!! Congrats & good luck.

Yes it is. He is breech right now(his head is closer to your breast) You will feel him kicking low for a while, until he turns around. Don't worry about him/her kicking you. It will happen A LOT! Your baby is starting to grow and make bigger movements and you feel more as time goes on. Just enjoy becoming a mother, and relax

I dont know what you consider "really low" but your baby will be located feet down (i.e feet towards your vagina) until he/she is getting ready to be born. Your baby will move around a lot, in your uterus, stretching and kicking in all kinds of positions.
Women will feel their babies move from about 20 weeks, so the sensations you are feeling are totally normal.
If you are concerned, though, call your GP or midwife.

Yep, the baby won't get into the birthing position (head down) for a few more weeks. (I tend to think it's 32 weeks, but it may be 36 weeks?) So, it's totally normal to be feeling kicks down there. Besides, it may not be the baby's feet--it could be its elbows or hands too!

I'm 28 weeks now and the baby is moving all around. She is vertical right now and I'm carrying her very low and she pushing and kicking fairly low regularly. It's very normal, and I wouldn't necessarily assume it's a boy if your baby is low (mine is low and it's a girl and my mom says she carried me low and I turned out a girl.) Congratulations!!!

Do some reading on the development of your baby online. I found so many websites, one even showing the birth of a baby. Hope this helps.

Yep you are carrying low. They say if you carry low it's a boy. Was for me anyway. Mine kicked just below my belly button.
