The coolest color is called Interlagos Blue. If you want to see what it looks like, type " BMW interlagos " in a yahoo or google image search engine. If I that much money to buy a bimmer I would buy that color. Get an M3 with Interlagos blue color and with chrome exaust tips.

I have had three BMWs all Black. This is a personal choice and up to you. Let's look at some options:
I personally like Titanium Silver (it shows no dirt), Barrique Red (A maroon color, very different), Mystic Blue (Very sharp, looks better on a 5-Series than a 3-Series), Graphite Gray (Charcoal, better than silver, a good compromise between silver and black.)

If you want a custom color, talk to your dealership or BMW AG (Worldwide) about purchasing a BMW Individual. The cost is typically more and requires a European Delivery. There are pros and cons to this option. The first is the color palette is almost three times larger both for exterior options and interior options. Taking a car European Deliver actually saves you close to $3500-$5000. Shipping it across takes away SOME of the benefit, but not all. You get to drive a BMW where it was designed, in Bavaria and drive around Europe, not at all a bad deal.

You can order a stock BMW this way or the individual, the BMW individual is expensive, but customized, a one-of-a-kind BMW. Your dealership can help you explore all the options. But there are more options than most, for sure.

The BMW silver is the best color. If you want a custom color,

call up a custom paint shop that specializes in custom paint

work. Look to spend about $7,000-$10,000 on the paint job

though, depending upon the color you choose. Keep in mind,

if you have the color changed, make sure you go to the DMV

and let them know that you have had a custom color change

so that if you ever sell the car or get pulled over by the police,

you won't run into problems because the V.I.N. has the original

color in the number and this comes up on your registration.

The color that isnt used most often is the dark metallic green. It looks real nice on any BMW. Now if you want to go custom, I suggest getting the ugliest color to lower the price of the car and get it professionally done. A Gun metal color would work great as well.

You can get a "custom" BMW color for you car when you buy it brand new by ordering from the factory through a dealer. When you put in your order, you must put a 2 month deposit on the car. This gives you the ability to have color combination for the interior and exterior not regularly available.

It's very easy - BMW has a program called BMW Individual. There are a number of "custom" options available from the factory, including different exterior colors, different interior trim and colors, and different upholstery (leather, suede, etc). Here's a link to the website - just click, it, enter the car you're interested in, and browse - http://www.bmw.com/com/_shortcuts/individual/.

Don't get a silver one 2 common... i would get midnight blue which is not as common or just black because it looks really sick... custom paintjob in a beemer will easially cost you about $5000 - $10,000. Depending on the detail, color, and quality you want. I mean you can get cheaper as well but i assure you the quality will be really crapy and over time... year or 2 the color will either fade or start to flake... but if you want custom paint shop around your city c how does good work... and go from there.

silver. bmw silver is very good quality and wont fade like some other car brands do. plus the resale value of silver cars tends to be higher as its a fairly neutral colour that most people dont mind. custom colours personalize a car and may make it difficult to resell later. plus would bmw actually go oyut of their way to create a custom colour for you?

Depends on the model BMW that you are getting.
