Alaska doesn't have spring until June,,,so depends on what time of year your "spring"is,,,spring here is June-July and august . Highs are around 70 and it rains the entire time.
Id pick Hawaii

Hawaii is good for me anytime,, during spring,especially near or after spring break it can be real busy, because everyone get spring break at different times,so they flock somewhere warm..
If you are not seeking crowds and warmer climates,
I would opt for Alaska....

If you want to se the hump back whales go to Hawaii during the spring.
