It seems that every other question is about the Colts and how this Superbowl is going to suck. It is going to be fantastic fight between two polar opposite teams. Honestly though how much of this bitching has to do with your prescious Pats losing? And to anybody who thinks that this was rigged, the NFL is in love with the whole New England organization. Sportscenter might as well be called "Tom Brady and Bill Belichik are the greatest thing to ever happen and we will now spend an hour telling you about it."

Some of you, i think, have missed the point. I'm not saying that the Pats suck, I was ragging on the bitter fans that are talking about the league being rigged and just can't seem to wrap their head around a Pats-less Superbowl two years in a row.

Can't take away anything from what the Patriots have done, winning 3 SuperBowls is pretty impressive and every true football fan, liking the Pats or not, should readily admit that.........I like the Pats but the Colts were certainly the better team tonight........Manning played a cool, calm and collected game and didn't show any signs of choking as he has in the past..........Can't take anything away from the Pats, they played a hell of a game as well.........

It was the best game I've seen in years, even though the team I was rooting for lost.........The SuperBowl will pale in comparison to this game........This game had everything a football fan could want.........

In my opinion, such as it is, the Colts should win the SuperBowl and they've earned it.........CAT

Actually, I thought the Patriots would, again, be in the Super Bowl--and I'm a Packer Fan, so I have no allegiance to any of the playoff teams, (and I'm not one of those fans who will trash "da Bears" simply because they are the Pack's rivals.

I also simply admire greatness. Belichek and Brady and that entire team (and it is a team in the true sense of the word--one reason for their almost unmatched success -- I can only relate them as a dynasty to the Steelers of the 70's. For all of you who have trouble appreciating and admittin gto greatness, well the Patriots have achieved it.

It will be intersting to see if, now that Dungy, Manning, et.al., having finally overcome their ever present nemesis, if they can reach the same heights of greatness over the next 6 years. The pieces are there, and one game remaining in this year's step of the extremely dificult journey to "dynasty".

In any event, I personally think that the Super Bowl match-up of the Bears/Colts (or Colts/Bears, if you prefer) is a very intriguing one, presentiong a number of interesting angles to analyze.

Hopefully it will be as much fun to watch as today's Patriots/Colts game was.

Y'all have a fine week!

Move on, the Pats have 3 rings and in reality the NFL loves the large market exposure of Chicago, Peyton, and Dungee story and the fact that 2 minority coaches have for the first time made it to the Superbowl....and will be good for the game.

The Pats have had a great run.
They were once a great team.
Now, that time is over, but their fans will always be able to look back on the good old days.
I just hope that Brady retires before things begin to look embarrassing.

Oh yeah....I got a lot of flak from Pats fans beating my Chargers last week. They may have won the battle but they certainly have not won the war.

SOOO TRUE, Patriot crybabies. They can't admit defeat and see that the colts deserved the win. They had some 1st quarter luck, they'll always have that!
