Which (gov't) committees are responsible for gun control legislation? Who are the new heads of those committees?

I assume that you're talking about the committees in Congress. That kind of legislation has always been handled by the Judiciary committees in both chambers. In the House, the chariman is now John Conyers. In the Senate, the chairman is Patricky Leahy.

This is the ATF, FBI, state police and local law enforcements. This depends on gun control laws pass. The states and local jurisdiction passed their own gun control laws.

ATF,but gun control is not what it is. it don't control guns,it controls people that shouldn't have guns. i can legally own any gun(including full auto) because i am not a felon.
