My husband had low sperm count and had minor surgery to repair called varicocile (sp) This improved his count greatly and I took pergonal and had an IUI and got pregnant with twins on the first try after his surgery. I don't know anything about the sperm injection but I would suggest you go to a urologist and inquire about this procedure in case this is an option for you. I ended up getting preg. two more times after this however I had two miscarriages- but I know that his sperm count was higher. Good luck and my best advice is find good doctors and get another opinion before expensive procedures.

the process itself is sure to work as the egg is fertilized by an injection of single sperm cell. However the chances of birth defect are increase.

There are natural supplements available which increase sperm count in men to help with the process. The key ingredient is zinc.
