Take it back to Wal-Mart and they'll let you switch it. Even if you don't have the case or the receipt they'll just give you one without a case back.

depends if its a scratch or crack.
if its a scratch even a deep one you can buy a machine called a disc doctor its about $30 and can repair 90% of scratches
if its a crack then the only way to replace it without buying it is to steel it or download and burn it

If it was cracked when you bought it, take it back to the store you purchased it from.

order one from ebay and when it comes in send the one with the crack in it back to them and demand a refund or you will be forced to give them negative feedback.
