Very few women will start leaking milk before giving birth. There is activity in your breasts (you'll notice the tenderness and enlargement), and there is colustrum being produced. But the real production doesn't start until after that placenta is delivered. In a breastfeeding mother, the milk usually comes fully in by the 2nd to 4th day, depending on how much the baby nurses. (The baby feeds on colostrum until the mature milk comes in). In bottle feeding moms, the milk still comes in and can be quite uncomfortable, but then dries up when there is no demand for the milk.
One of the number one concerns I hear from laboring women who want to breastfeed is "I don't have any milk". Just remember that it is not the norm to have milk BEFORE you deliver because there is no use for it yet. Be patient. Once the baby starts nursing, your body will get the signal to get things rolling.

I personally didn't start to produce milk until I had my baby. I have some friends who started in the last month. I think (could be wrong) that it doesn't happen until quite late in the pregnancy.

In your third trimester you may start leaking milk, but around the time the baby is born is when your milk comes and you will know. They will engorge and probably feel uncomfortable.
