Smart people choose a coach on abilty not race.
In Canada, we love hockey. If my hockey team got to the Stanley cup with a black coach and did not make the play offs with a white coach, i'd prefer the black coach. Also vice versa.
More money in the superbowl. If I'm an owner, I'm gonna go with the guy who is good.

not sure,but i know the first and possibly the only black quarterback to be and win a Superbowl was Doug Williams,when he was in Washington
