Gotta say Windu.
Kenobi always struck me as more Charismatic and flexible where as Windu is more disciplined and get quickly get focused. Unless Obi Wan can surprise Mace (which would be very difficult for someone so atuned to the force), it would be a longshot for Obi Wan to win.
