Jumping rope everyday mixed in with walking four times a week PLUS good eating habits will eventually help you lose weight. And crunches will give you a good workout for your tummy. But eating right must go hand in hand or all your exercising will be futile. Good luck.

Of course in active exercise at least 45 minutes a day 3 times a week would help plus having at least 6 small meals a day

Good for you for wanting to get in shape! As with most exercises, it's good to mix up your workout now and then so that you can continue to burn calories and fat. You may want to incorporate some weight-lifting in a couple days a week. Good luck!

Jumping rope is one of the best cardiovascular exercises around.
Scrunchies work great on the abs and can help reduce fat there too.
