Shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, prescriptions, greeting cards, school supplies, vitamins, feminine hygiene products, over the counter medications, things from the 'seasonal' aisle, and usually check out the clearance stuff.
I've found lately though that the dollar store nearby has most of what I would purchase from the pharmacy.

I work in a pharmacy so I see what other people buy more so than myself from allergy meds to viagra/condoms/lubs to laxatives very interesting days
