I think you have something talented there, however I think there are several spots you could fix. A few typo's jumped out at me, but usually I pay more attention to them and they stick out like sore thumbs. Punctuation needs to be emphasized a little more, watching the capitalizations and the marks in sentences. I think that the beginning of the passage was very good, it had a lot of detail, and if focused away from the person itself and into the surroundings. Swearing is a delicate thing in books. No one likes too much of it. I'd watch how much you say, and particularly what it is that they are saying. Otherwise, the grammar and, even the swearing, fits in nicely with the other details. I read a lot. I'm not a critic. I'm also writing my own story, and I talk to myself this way. Every page I write, I go over at least ten times, each time changing something. This is how it is with serious writing. Good talent. Keep writing, its a God given gift (please, no offense to otherwise believers).

Haven't been watching CSI, have we?
Just wait. After the cops get done, the crime-scene cleaners move in to take care of blood and other hazardous wastes. In a small town you will probably have to hire them yourself. When they get through, it will be back to normal.
Read up on them if you like at:
How Crime-scene Clean-up Works
http://people.howstuffworks.com/crime-scene-clean-up1.htm
You can scrub yourself and repaint the walls, but the smell will probably be with you for a while and you most likely will miss some of it. Leave it to the pros.
Oh, by the way. If you are the one who put the blood there yourself from doing something you should not have done, just reach for the phone and call the cops. They will take care of it.

First you have to get the body parts out of they way (The freezer and toilet tank are always good places).
Then you call your local police forensics team, I'm sure they would know some people who clean up crime scenes when they are done collecting evidence, and they should know of some handy chemicals and cleaners!
If they ask any questions just say you are a make-up artist experimenting on a new fake blood that will revolutionize movie making.

My first question would be why and i may be able to give you an appropriate answer, otherwise there are ways for the police to detect the blood stains no matter how well you clean them, haven't you ever seen forensic files?

I'm going to assume that you are not a killer and are legitimately asking this question because you need help. I heard once a family that had to clean the house after a loved one suicided. I think thats wrong, but anyway...
Clean with a water bleach mixture in a spray bottle to sterilize. Then apply a sealer/primer such as KILZ and repaint.

Call your local CSI, they'll ask questions, but I bet they can help, might try bleach. I'm no expert but the first choice is the best.
