hi everyone,in my class, we have trial about Lady Macbeth, and I was chose to be the defend lawyer for Lady Macbeth.So can anyone tell me how can I win this case? Thank you very much for reading

I would go for not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. She so clearly conspired and abetted the murder that she would have to avoid guilt by another defense. It was not justified by any stretch. Just plain treachery. You might want to approach the kid prosecuting MacBeth and offer to testify against him for a reduced sentence. It won't work in a mock trial, but that is probably what you would have to do for her.
