I really need this anser for my presentation..so,hopefully you guys will try to answer my question...

hamburgers aren't american
they originated with the Mongols, were popular in a different form with middle age traders in europe and persia, but the hamburger as we know it today came from the hamburg province in germany, where they are the first to be credited with cooking ground beef and placing it between bread. the dish came over to america with the german settlers.

Mostly deep fried foods originated in the US, like french fries, hush puppies and some others.

Corn is native originally only to America. There is some misunderstanding about this due to linguistics, and before the opening of America, corn meant different foods in different countries.

Most of the southern foods are food nowhere else in the world.

I think we California-ized the burger, but I think it came from Germany.

"American" cuisine is a hodgepodge of foods brought in from immigrants around the world,with more meat and cheese. Hamburgers are from Germany.
