I do not believe abortion should be used as a method of birth control. Why the father of the unborn child would have no right to put a stop to it?It seems to me.The unborn child is as much apart of him as the woman that carries the unborn child inside of her.It took both of them for her to get pregant in the first place.I have always wanted to know the answer to that question...so thanks for the answers.

The man's right to choose ended when he chose to pull down his pants. The woman gets one more chance to make a choice. It's a double standard, but it is dictated by biology.

It will depend on what state you are in. Some states will not allow the abortion if the father objects to it. So if you are not aborting your pregnancy, why is this an issue? The childs father does have rights. You may want to check with a lawyer at some time.

It is my understanding that if the couple are not married, the man has no rights.

There's a lesson here.

Father's rights have been pretty much bashed by the 'justice' system.
