Here are some possibilities:

New York
Cornell
Columbia University
Polytechnic University
Rensselaer Polytechnic
U.S. Military Academy (West Point)
City University of New York
State University of New York

New Jersey
Princeton University
NJIT

Pennsylvania
Drexel University
University of Pennsylvania

In addition to biology, chemistry and physics, I would get a good dose of math (through integral calculus if possible, and more would be better).

NYU,Ivys, all the SUNY's. I think you might also want to take a computer science AP class.
