sorry this is not a fair question but india is a very sporty country the talent s r not given the chance on stage , and the political intervention in the sports had created the failures.........
mainly sports where we cannnot guess anything that someone is the best and always we can win or loss
but the preference and the facilities given to the perfect players r not good and the lack the support of the audience and the encouragement by the government

Yes. Taken in a collective sense. Because sports are dictated by the government and the govt. is full of corruption. Genuine sports persons are not encouraged but relatives and persons who fill their bank accounts are given the sports positions. Result? All of them go for a paid foreign tour and come back with zero results. Only the politicians and sports authorities gain from this as their bank accounts are swollen but India, as a whole, is the loser.

No, India has not failed in sports and athletics.
It is the failure of the Indian government so far (since independence) to not put up a proper system for developing sports professionals
If you fail in a exam, you have to blame yourself for improper preparation, you have to blame on the teacher who did not provide enough training, there is no point in blaming the syllabus.

The perfect answer will be many fold. If we see from the part of govt. policies & administration, one can easily say that the system of Sports Authority of India (SAI), a govt. body, is totally failure. One can see no co-ordination in various schemes & offices.
If you think from sportspersons themselves, one can judge that individually they are doing their best & they have achieved international status by winning medals in world, asian championships. This is really creditable & commendable job.
If you think from game wise sports associations the work is limited to availability of funds. Compare to the funds available to the sports associations, the work they are doing is also commendable.
If you think from coaches point of view, they are also doing their best to achieve international medals. But lack of infrastructure they can not do beyond their capacity.
So, this issue involves more & more factors which, are self explanatory.

I dont extremely comprehend what you attempt to ask, yet yeah i think of everybody ought to easily be discerning and actually comprehend what their ethical stance is until eventually now being inspired by way of others...desire that helped youngster ^^

It doesn't mean there are no talented persons. they are not put in proper way to channelise our victory.
fault is on our government & the influence needed to get selected in the team.
