As far as I'm concerned America is a powerful country that has so much to offer but its foreign policy is not always adequate for lack of a better word. I don't think a majority of other countries hate the US. I think people in other countries often disagree with our gov't policy. We're one of the most popular countries to visit and immigrate to...we can't be all that hated around the world.

Probably a misinterpretation of what we see as pride. In some cultures, such overt pride in your country comes across as arrogance, but it isn't intended to be arrogance at all. Sounds more like a communication breakdown than it does a real issue.

Because of allot of things... we usually as Americans are not very worldly (most of us can't name other countries), because Bush is an embarrassment and a bully. We as a country elected him!!!
