You have to unzip the files into your game. I use winzip and you can download it for free. (http://www.download.com)

Then you have to install the files into your game. You can use either the Sims2FileMaid program (search for Sims2 File Maid on yahoo or google) or do it manually. The path would be C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads. If your game does not have a download folder you need to make one.

one of my favorite sites is mod the sims 2. all you have to do is download their installer, create a download folder in your my documents/eagames/sims2 and you're good to go. if you don't download their installer then you will have to manually put all files in the download folder after unzipping them.

im a huge sims 2 addict, thesims2.com has a lot of websites and links. http://downloadwhores.farvista.net/downloadwhores.html has a huge list of websites and lists what they offer. to use the downloads you will need winrar to extract the files. and they go to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads. have fun!
