The Country Which Is Developing Itself And In Reality They Don't Want Change Themselves That's Why Every Body Around Them Must Not Grow And Be Like Them And Undeveloped As They Are, If Opposite Country Keeps Changing And Keeps Growing Then Other Country Doesn't Like That Country Is Developing Then They Try To Stop Development By Enabling Terrorism U Have Already One Example Of America,India.

Developed countries are also "civilized" countries. Which means they try through diplomatic means to reach unstable individuals. If the U.S. acted as Hezbollah and shot women and children who stood in the way of killing a terrorist and then gave not a penny to compensate the family,but instead gave money to every "narc" and "snitch" that gave credible info. This conflict would be over in a matter of months. If not weeks.

The reason is simple bcoz they are developed!
The main aim of terrorist is to strike the people and destroy the economy.
( Eg : That is why Pakistan terrorist are aiming to strike either Mumbai or Bangalore, if they do so they can create a disturbance in economy there by creating unemployment and all other problems. )
What will be effect if they strike a under developed country? Nothing.
That is why terrorist are aiming at US, UK and now India.

Some underdeveloped countries suffers warlords, corrupted government officials and militas.
Pick your poison.
The difference is that people who live the developed countries have more to lose when they are hit by terroists.

People who are not developed are jealous of the developed people and their country.Neither they live in peace nor they let developed people live in peace, therefore they create terror and harm the country.
