Is there anything that he can do, or are the Democrats so full of hate, that even though they're the party of "Compassion and Understanding", no matter what he does they will berate him?
If he is proven right by his actions, will you Democrats continue to call him names and despise him totally?

Actually, Kberto, my profile name is a direct response to the parodies of the President. If there weren't "President Moron" and "Osama W. Bush", I wouldn't have this avatar.

Democrats have no compassion and understanding, so the
answer is "NO", Bush could not do one thing that liberals
would say was good. After all, the economy is the best it's been
in over a decade (they don't consider that good), gas prices are
way down now (they don't consider that good), Bush is against
killling unborn babies (they want to be able to kill them), Bush
has cut taxes big time and not just for the rich (but that doesn't
satisfy them), Bush is a gentleman (but they prefer the Demo-
crats who call him Hitler, Liar, and other names), Bush has appointed more non-Whites than any other president
(Democrats claimed he was only for rich White people, but that
didn't change their minds). Bush wants to keep a family as it has
always been (but they want non-traditional families apparently),
Bush is for the flag and patriotism (but even that doesn't make
Democrats like him) so how can you please a bunch of haters
like they seem to be? You can't. Their newly elected Democrats
in the House and Senate haven't done anything so far...we're
still in Iraq, we're still funding this war, we're sending more
troops to reinforce the area. They thought things would change
dramatically right away on January 1st. Didn't happen.Just
a bunch of gobbleydegook.

Absolutley nothing! It's not a matter of policy with them. It's pure hate that he somehow tricked them out of their rightful place to rule America. Most recient is when bush said he wants to add more troops and how they bashed him for that ,when just a few months ago many of them were saying we need more troops. lol It is so easy to see. I am in awe of their grasp on human nature. They play on peoples emotions rather then give them facts. They rely on lies and half truths to spread their hatred knowing full well that most are too lazy to look up the facts for themselves. but they do have great help in the media too, the best of those being the New York Times with the 3 TV networks close behind. (ABC NBC CBS) Maybe we deserve a Hilary or an Obama because of our countries collective lack of common sense.

He shouldn't want to do any thing to get the Dems on his side. The longer the Dems and libs keep going the better. It shows more each day just how childish, sad and pathetic they truly are. I don't think he could ever stoop to that level. He has accomplished his goals and has done what he always said he was going to do. He's not going to say or do any thing to change his path with less than a year to finish his term.

Blind hated comes out of nowhere. My distrust of Bush is based on his actions over the past six years. There's a big difference.

Sure.
Admit his mistakes.
Listen to others.
After the Baker-Hamilton commission made their suggestions,
and the american people spoke (in the recent election)
and the congress is passing resolutions against the escalation
And his two top generals were against sending in more troops (he fired them)
Bush is still a stubborn A ss and thumbing his nose at everybody and doing what he wants.
If you're not angry at Bush... you're not paying attention.

If Bush started doing things right for once, it would still not make up for all the horrible things that he has done thus far in his presidency. So, yes, I would still continue to call him horrible names.

Compassion and understanding only for their own. He can't do anything nor will the next Republican president ever do anything that will meet their approval. I can only say that their true colors are out.

He could pay them off. That usually works (for politicians on both sides).
It is easy to seem compassionate and understanding when taxpayer money is financing the building of that perception.

Probably nothing anymore... He thought that people wanted a raised economy in the US... So he decides to cut off the Mexicans from leeching off of us.. Guess what... They hated the idea.
