I have seen and i absolutely loved it but i feel that the hype of Dreamgirls overshadowed its success

i actually watched this in theater last night. definatley in the top 10 of the best movies ive ever seen. amazing story. made evalute my own situation and see that the steps i'm taking in life that i once thought were enormous are actually baby steps compared to what this guy endured. i feel as though i've been taking alot of things for granted and i could move mountains with an ounce of this guy's grit. a real eye opener.

Have I seen it? no, i have not.
BUT;
I did read an article about it and Will Smith in Reader;s Digest. I really want to see it, because I heard it was good, and I'm into movies that open the mind. And I think The Pursuit of Happyness could open the mind to the good and bad aspects of the way out Government affects people.
I thought I was all cool because I read about it, but I didn't see it, so I guess I'm not so cool. Sorry

I thought it was fantastic! At the end when Will Smith starts to cry when he is talking to the board. I started to tear up, and i'm a guy..haha...I thought Will was at his best in this movie. I recommend this movie to everyone, it is a must see in my book. This movie should be inspiration for all of us! NEVER QUIT, NEVER GIVE UP, CHASE YOUR DREAMS UNTIL THE DAY YOU DIE.

This movie is excellent!! I recommend everyone watching it. It's definitely a tear jerker and it's very inspiring!!! I LOVED IT!

I have and it is a very good movie.It moved me to tears at some point.Will Smith is a very good actor.If you haven't seen it yet ,you should.

Will did a fine acting job, but i got a bit tired of the succeed-fallback-succeed-fallback approach to it

i think it is one of the best movies released in some time i highly recommend it to anybody to watch

I liked it. I think the guy was incredibly lucky, but i admire his "can do" attitude and how he worked hard to better himself and his child.
