It certainly is. Once I gave mine away she didn't really want it so she gave it to someone else and she gave it to someone else and so on. It was like a never ending game of hot potato and I think I saw it lying in the gutter just the other day so if anyone is interested in finding a lost virginity in desperate need of some TLC email me and I'll give you some directions.

The physical part of having a hymen breack is tangible. But for girls whose hymen has already poped, and men who dont even have one, virginity is a tangible thing. Its all mental. The question "Am I still a virgin if I only do anal?" proves that there isnt a clear cut black/white answer.

If you use a different word for it, such as 'innocence', then yes you can see that it is something that can be lost.
I don't think that is the definition of 'tangible', however, which is something that can be touched. I think 'innocence', and therefore virginity, would be counted among the intangible.

NOOOO... tangible is something you can see or feel. You can't see or feel virginity.
4 definitions of TANGIBLE according to www.dictionary.com:
1. capable of being touched; discernible by the touch; material or substantial.
2. real or actual, rather than imaginary or visionary: the tangible benefits of sunshine.
3. definite; not vague or elusive: no tangible grounds for suspicion.
4. (of an asset) having actual physical existence, as real estate or chattels, and therefore capable of being assigned a value in monetary terms.

Technically there is "virginity". It means that one has not had vaginal sex with another person. I guess there is a "mental virginity", but isn't that beside the point? If you have had sex then you are no longer a "virgin". Right?

HUH?
No, it is not tangible.
Yes, it can be lost. Tom Brady lost the AFC championship tonight, that was also an intangible.

It can't be "taken". Then it is rape, and I do't beleive that constitutes a sexual relationship. It can't be "lost" either. It's not misplaced car keys.
How about "given" and "received"?
