Its simple man, no need to worry. The driver CD mainly contains the driver software that is necessary for the hardware to function properly with the computer. Incase of loosing the driver, just visit the official site and search for it there. Or just go to google and search for hp printer(the model and stuff) drivers, you will get redirected to the official site. Hope my response had helped you in anyway, ESPADAGRIMMJOV

download the driver you need based on your OS
Save the file to your desktop (for easy access)
When the wizards asks if you want to locate the file manually, you'll know what to.
select yes and choose the file you just downloaded to your desktop
