I will recommend Brooks Brothers. Their sales people are a great help. I recommend a dark color suit because most Proms are after five wear. This is black tie event.
If money is an issue, Nordstrom Rack is another place.

Ebay or at a bridal shop . You can also go to a tux shop to . I think ebay would be cheaper though .
