I think each gender has its challenges. For example: Men in our society are pressured to be strong, macho, athletic, tough, etc. A boy or man who does not posess those qualities may be bullied or vicimized and considered weak. Men also have more pressure (though far less now than in the old days) to be the breadwinner. They usually have the pressure to make the first move in dating. They are more often expected to take care of household repairs, etc. ---On a more serious side, they are at greater risk for early death due to cardiac diseases and violent crime.
Women undergo much more pressure than men to look good. But, there is the danger in looking too good---in which case they may suffer from the jealous reactions of other women. They are often expected to handle the housework and cooking along with full-time jobs and the pressures of child-raising (women still carry most of the burden of child care---though that is gradually changing---at least in two-parent households). They are more often demeaned by society --expected to look sexy, but, at the same time, not be too sexual. Women suffer from depression and anxiety at a greater rate than men do. They are also much more likely to be the victims of domestic violence and rape.
On the positive side for each gender....
Men still carry more power---both political and economic---worldwide. They are able to act in an assertive manner (where as a woman who is assertive is often labeled a "b*tch" or a "ball breaker"). They are able to go through life being judged more for their accomplishments than for their appearance. Because their bodies produce more testosterone, they are usually able to maintain their weight better than women can.
Women have the benefit of being able to express their tender emotions and vulnerabilities, rather than keeping them bottled up (which may be one reason that women generally live longer than men). They generally control the sex in a marriage or relationship. Among married couples, wives often shoulder less of the financial burden.
Of course, these are generalities and things are changing---just as they have changed tremendously from when I was a kid and most of the moms stayed home while the dads went off to work (yep, I'm that old). Hopefully, we will see more of a balancing over time where both men and women can be whole people and not just the part that our current society expects them to play.

tuff question...
i believe women do except for when it comes to child birth, but its not like childbirth is a year long or anything.
men probably have it a little more easier than us in the work force tho, not by much tho.

Neither do. I think that in different roles, life is harder for women and in others life is harder for men.
