One who is at rest - tends to remain at rest ..
One who is in motion .. tends to remain in motion.

Listen, what im getting at is that you need to get the ball rolling. Find a sport you like. Martial arts, swimming, hockey.. whatever.
Find it within yourself to get involved in something .. then once you've made that commitment its easier to keep on track and keep care of your body.

Also .. watch what your eating, if your taking in a lot of junky food you're body will react. Eat right, and you'll have more energy.

Cant say much else ... millions of people face the same problem when the answer is right in front of you - just get up and do something :)

OK I've lost 60 lbs and I hate exercise:

1. start simple and find something you like to do. Try a new sport, martial arts or even a hobby. I took up yoga.

2. If it's stationary IE treadmill or bike then do it in front of TV or to music.

3. Get a buddy to work out with and that is the biggest help!

4. Once you see results you will not want to stop.
