Okay, everyone else is giving you a slightly incorrect writing, probably because they are not sure how to pronounce "Norbz".
(Their pronunciations sound like: Noh-bee-zoo)

The closest to "Mz. Norbz" that Japanese can get is:

ミズ ノーブズ (Mizu Noobuzu) It sounds like: Mee'z Noh-b'zoo

I think that's the best way to make it sound like your name!

use the katakana for no - ru - bi - zu. Sorry, I don't have the fonts to put them here, but you can look this up on a Japanese site. Unfortunately, this will make your name 4 syllables long. This may make for some strange / unrecognisable pronunciation, so you may want to reduce your name to IPA i.e. how it is actually said, & then try to render it into kana that way. I do this with my name as it sounds very strange when it's directly translated into kana, so I use a phonetic version that I can recognise & Japanese people can get a close approximation of how to say it properly.
