"Babushka" means "grandmother" in Russian. You obviously need some language lessons.

No. Babuschka can either mean grandmother, or a shawl type cloth typically worn by older ladies to cover their heads and shoulders. Again, no, because I would not like anyone going through either my grandmother or her head covering.
