I've already answered your first question under Other-United States so...Boise is very white. If you're looking for diversity Boise isn't it. There are hardly any American Americans, although there are refugees from Africa. There's a noticeable Hispanic population and most reside in Nampa or Caldwell. Hardly any Asians. There's also a big LDS population.

Check the search engines for Boise weather and you should get a monthly climate report. Most Idaho types are WASPS, with a goodly number of LDS-types and a sprinking of Aryan fanatics.

As long as you stay in Boise and Eagle, you will mix and mingle with white folks. Pick any street in Caldwell, Nampa, or Meridian and you have a great chance of being in the barrio. The weather is not my favorite. You've got February-April cool, but unpredictable weather.
May-September of scorching hot, dry, sunny days and October is autumn. November thru January is cold. and cloudy.
