GTO was an awesome anime! GTO was hella funny. Is there any funny animes like that ??

Strawberry Egg, My Fiance and his niece love this one. There is also Gokusen, this one is about a Chick.

I think the only other anime that is similar to GTO is Gokusen which is quite similar to GTO, it has similar plot as GTO in that the teacher has to deal with rowdy students and the teacher herself is from a Yakuza background and can be violent as well. It's definatly funny and similar to GTO.
If you haven't already seen it you could also try watching the Japanese live action versions of GTO and Gokusen they are reallly good and follow the anime storlines just the same, but with real people. You can find the live action versions here there is a TV drama of GTO as well as a special and a movie and there is 2 seasons of Gokusen http://silentregrets.com/
Also at that site is another drama called Dragon Zakura which is very similar to GTO dealing with rowdy students and funny situations.
I'd suggest giving those a try.
Manga wise you could always pick up a copy of Shonan Junai Gumi which is the pre-story of GTO and the story of Onitsuka when he was in highschool.

Sadly, GTO is pretty much one-of-a-kind
there are other shows that have a teacher + gangster type students like Gokusen (a japanese Drama, based on a manga maybe there's an anime)
other comedy shows that i'd recommend : Golden boy (kind of perverted), Cromartie High School (highly exaggerated delinquent school, wicked humour), School Rumble, School Rumble 2

If you liked GTO you will also like Salaryman Kintaro. I'd also recommend Gokusen (especially the Jdrama).

It's always hard to find new anime that you might be interested in. Have you checked anime planet? They have a recommendation database where users give you suggestions based upon anime that you like. I've used it to find a lot of good anime. If you haven't already, give them a try.

yeah sadly it was one of a kind. but hey try reading the manga, i hear there a prequel to the show as well (manga).
but if your looking for something along the lines of comedy high school. Azumanga Diaoh, Best Student Counsil, Negima.
