I haven't but my mother has... twice. She's parapelegic and a couple of times her 3-wheeled scooter hit a little hole and it turned over ... on her! Her little Yorkie - barely 5 pounds - managed to scramble out from under her, (he was on her lap at the time) and run back into the house through the doggie door, and raised such a frantic ruckus, till dad followed the dog back outside and got the scooter off mom and her back into the seat.
His name is Rambo if that tells you anthing about his personality.
