Recently my wife's identical twin sister came on to me and suggested a menage-a-troi. These girls look EXACTLY alike. Both have red hair, blue eyes, devastating smiles, and incredible bodies. Now all I can think about is getting both my wife "Sue" and her sister "Kara" in bed with me at the same time.
How can I breach the subject to "Sue"? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can work this out?

Just tell her, the twins might have already figured out how to get you to join them and they might want you to figure it out.

Why don't you have Kara talk to her, or maybe get another guy to come in and take care of them both. If Sue likes it she will be more open to you joining in. Are you sure they haven't had a 3some before you?

I'm certainly not enthusiastic or optimistic about your situation, although I'll spare you all the "pig" talk.
Sometimes, sisters just do that (flirt with the brother-in-law), I think just for their amusement if nothing else. Best for you to just laugh it off, man. It's also unfortunate that it would take so little to turn your eyes another direction.

Tell Kara to talk to Sue.....or you talk to Sue about Kara and see what she does.....if she is shocked, then you should be shocked too, if she is into it, then I guess you are a happy man......but not a happily married man and will be headed for divorce very quickly. The only thing an open marriage does is open it for divorce.

It was your wife asking not her sister. They've been pulling stuff like this since they were 3. This is the appropriate thing to do:
Honey, your sister just suggested we threesome. It weirded me out hard. hold me.

I'd horsewhip you if I could. You are opening a can of worms. You will ruin your relationship with your wife, not to mention ruining the relationship between your wife and her sister. Not only that, you will be committing adultery. When you married your wife, you made vows to be faithful. God punishes all adulterers unless they've repented. Don't start going down that road.

Yep, she was playing you for her sister stupid, it was a test you better get your head straight or you will be in divorce court. I know a lot of friends and sisters who check out their man like this.

Yep, you are more than likely asking for trouble. What if your wife is testing you? (Although I think that would be a bad idea on her part...)
