bisects angle AOC and line EC is perpendicular to ray OD

Verticle angles are equal to one another. Thus, x = 2x. With out more information on the other angles it is difficult to find amore numerical answer.

You still have not properly stated the question. Why not just state it word for word from wherever you got the problem. It is impossible to solve as stated.

The reason you are having trouble with this problem is that you have not read it carefully enough to understand it, and so you cannot explain it to others.
