If you're looking for a bootable cd rom, theres plenty out there.
If you need a bootable cd to rescue a system, try Knoppix Linux - it can fix nearly any Windoze problem.

Your question is too short..We not understand about ur purpose.
However, Bootable CDROM you can do it :
Please restart your PC or Laptop then press (F2, F1...refer to computer type or Delete key) to go to CMOS Setup and change your boot type (change to CDROM) save and exit.

Please insert your CDROM in to your CDROM Drive that all.
NOTE: CDROM must be bootable (Like CD Window.....)

Yes and your question is?? I use a Live DVD called KNOPPIX LIVE its a linux disc and it keeps my pc safe becase it cant be written to buy and odd things out there. Yes you can boot from a bootable cd or dvd
