I really don't care what someone believes about religion - that is their own business and it doesn't have an impact on me. But I can get fired up about politics! People who disagree with my stance are obviously wrong (jk!) and are voting for the wrong politicians which directly effects me if their person wins. Actually, I don't really lose my temper in a political debate with someone. I kind of just enjoy the exchange of opinions (although no one has ever been able to change mine, lol!)

I would have to say religion. I don't understand politics too much so I just stay away from that area.
